I used Chelsea Flowers for the first time for my mother's funeral, so naturally, it was important for everything to be right. I made some initial enquiries and ordered on line and their service was prompt, efficient, helpful and friendly. I was also pleased with the three different flower arrangements they delivered. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say how helpful the assistant was yesterday when I went to order flowers for a friends funeral,no rush and helped to make a choice without being pushy , I wish they were more local to me, but will go there again.

I have been using Chelsea Flowers since my children were at Haslucks Green School (over ten years!!!) The service is as cheerful and helpful every time you visit and the man who delivers (usually to my Mom) makes her feel very special indeed. The flowers are always beautifully arranged and good quality, great shop, ever greater staff.

The flowers were delivered and my fiance told that they were so beautiful. I appreciate the customer service which was ultimate. I have never seen such a customer service anywhere in the recent times and u guys really deserve an appreciation. I specially thank you and the man who delivered the flowers.
I will be definitely visiting the shop when i come to the UK next year.
